Bespoke Hotels Overview

It's better to bespoke

We're bespoke, and proud of it. The only common factors here are great service, a flair for hospitality and recognition that you want to be treated like an individual, not a room number. Each of our properties is tailored throughout to enhance its essential character and to meet the needs of you, the discerning guest.

Bespoke Hotels has grown to represent over 200 properties worldwide, and stands as the UK’s Largest Independent Hotel Group. Founded in 2000 by Haydn Fentum and Robin Sheppard, Bespoke has consistently grown to the point where we now manage over 9,500 hotel rooms, 8,000 employees and £815 million of assets.

You can now find Bespoke Hotels across the world, from Darlington to Dubai, from the Cotswolds to Cochin. Check in and join the growing number of leisure and business guests who agree that it’s better to be bespoke, where every agreement we have is Bespoke by name, and bespoke by nature.

Who are we

At Bespoke, we believe it is vital to balance the needs of owners, founders and operators from the outset, and that successful business relationships are based on respect and understanding of priorities and business requirements.

We pride ourselves on our diverse portfolio and a unique, individualised approach to management, hospitality and real estate. We don’t do one-size-fits-all contracts or try to make your asset fit a pre-determined template or brand.

Boasting well over 120 years’ combined experience in the hospitality industry, our Board can point to a proven track record of designing, marketing, advising, and managing properties in both the UK and abroad, as well as delivering premium occupancy and returns.

Solitary Confinement Book Cover

We are pleased to support A Solitary Confinement the book which raises charitable funding for the UK Guillain-Barre Syndrome Support Group.

A Solitary Confinement is one man’s attempt to chronicle the reality and the challenge presented to anyone unlucky enough to be struck down by Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

"a remarkable book which vividly portrays the tragedy, the tumult and the tortuous route back from such a catastrophic illness... with lashings of black humour"

Jill Parsons - The Daily Mail

UK Guillain-Barre Syndrome Support Group

The Support Group was founded in 1985 by Glennys Sanders MBE. Its Headquarters are located at Sleaford in Lincolnshire, England. The Group was initially assisted by the GBS Support Group in the USA (now the GBS Foundation International) with which it retains a very close working relationship. The Group is a registered charity (No 327314) employing a part-time staff of two at its Sleaford office.

They provide information and support to those affected by GBS, CIDP and related conditions. Their support activities are restricted to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Bespoke is delighted to support this charity to help provide research and funding for this little known but pernicious and debilitating illness.
